For language standardization one of the basic tasks to be done is the study for a spelling dictionary. Our foundation’s language commission consisting of twenty people conducts a spelling dictionary workshop for standardization of Kurdish. The work started on December 25, 2017 and planned to be completed in 2022. First of all, all variants of a word are collected and the most suitable form is decided among these variants for the written language. When this workshop is completed it will be published as a dictionary and shared with the public.
